This project focused primarily on CAD modeling and design analysis through the reverse engineering of a 37 part transforming toy assembly. I developed detailed parametric part models, full assemblies, exploded views, animations, and photorealistic renders while applying symmetry, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturing principles. The work emphasized dimensional accuracy, structured decomposition, and functional analysis to validate performance and assembly behavior. Comprehensive documentation of measurements, modeling decisions, and analytical findings ensured clarity, reproducibility, and professional engineering communication throughout the project.
